Chip-Chats magazine is a publication of the National Wood Carvers Association and I have been writing a regular column for them, "Reflections of a Chainsaw Carver", on & off since 1995. Normally I just send my articles along and include several related photo's for them to choose from. What I later discovered is they don't tell you when you've been chosen for the cover. One day you just check your mail and there you are! This was quite a thrill, and an honor.
